ChildhoodVyx was born in New Sharlayan, presently known as Idyllshire. Before the evacuation in preparation/expectation of war in the surrounding regions. She still holds a fondness for both the cold of Dravania, and what used to be her home. She'll not admit her grudge against the Goblins for looting their way into what she considers her last home.
After the evacuation, she was enrolled and educated in the Studium until she came of age to make her own decisions and carve her own path to the future.Adolescence
After her graduation from the Studium, Vyx moved on to practice the arts of an Astrologian from her Father. Though she would constantly be at ends with her mother and the more devout of Sharlayan pledging to the neutrality in the face of Garlean aggression. Knowing she couldn't convince them, Vyx left the island of scholar's. To begin her life as an adventurer in Eorzea proper.Adulthood
A deal going sour in present Idyllshire left Vyx in a bad spot. However, fate had deigned her not to lose yet. Rescued by her friend Rhotbyrt, and her now-husband Linx. She stuck with the two. Having brought them along on enough treasure delves into the archaic ruins of the star in search of questions unanswered, or relics to fund the next. They've settled into the Promissio Impleta storefront, where all future ventures are plotted from.
She may not be popular, but she has gotten herself around. There are quite a few ways to get into knowing her, or going about meeting her.
She is Sharlayan, born in New Sharlayan and evacuated to Old Sharlayan. Anyone from Sharlayan would be able to know her, or have that in common together.
If you wanted to know her prior, she left Sharlayan after her very vocal disapproval of Sharlayan neutrality after having to leave their home.
She studied at the studium, her graduation thesis is on the link between ones aetheric influence depending on the stars you were born under.
Vyx is an adventurer. She has a heart to see the world, to study the lost and unknown of the star. She could be found, or find someone, just about anywhere. Her most frequented locales surround Ishgard, and Dravania. She is very prone to taking risks
She creates numerous mechanical contraptions, including nouliths, mammets, and more within the confines of a storefront; Promissio Impleta. It also happens to be where she spends her time when not satisfying her adventurous desires.
She has a weak reputation within the Blue Mages guild, and her goals of writing a dissertation about Blue Magic for the Noumenon
